I love that the classes are heated because it is definitely helping me get through the cold winter! The teachers have so much positive energy and the music is motivating and fun. I have never been bored. The garage parking is definitely a bonus as well!

Great first class - very sweaty! Class was challenging, yet accessible. Instructor offered options for students of all levels. I left feeling challenged, yet good about my practice.

I have only been to yoga once, about 15 years ago. When I arrived, the facility was clean, looked brand new, and the bathrooms were spotless (I am a nurse, I notice these things). Jess was excellent, and I hope to take other classes with different instructors, so that I can find my "favorite" class.

Great attitude

I was immediately impressed with Core Power Yoga Newton. The atmosphere upon entering was elegant and welcoming. It was easy to get started doing yoga there because of the availability of introductory offers, rental towels and mats, bottled water and the little things that can make a big difference: e.g. hair elastics! I continue to be impressed by the positivity and friendliness of the teachers and clients. I particularly appreciate the Sculpt classes which incorporate yoga stretching, poses, weights and a cardio workout - it's got it all!

Mixing weight and core muscle development with yoga

CorePower Yoga is awesome! The atmosphere and instructors are great! The temperature of the room for hot yoga is on-point and it's just an all around great experience.

This is my 1st time trying yoga and I love it. The instructors are amazing. They put you through a grueling workout-- but are very encouraging and not judgemental. I am definitely going to continue with yoga to get in shape and reduce stress.
