Great challenging classes and friendly staff! . Validaded parking is helpful. The only suggestion i have is to add a mirror in the locker room on the wall as you walk in on the left. Often in the morning when it is busy two ppl are drying hair at the sink and one person is drying hair using outlet on wall near lost and found. A small mirror would be helpful. Also some teachers could turn up the volume on the music:)

i had an amazing workout. i loved the mixture of yoga and strength training. the music was awesome and so was the instructor. she was motivating and i loved all the moves she had us do.

You have very friendly and inviting instructors. I struggle with many poses and I feel comfortable doing the positions at my level and can take time for myself when needed. So far I have taken classes with Malissa, Nicole and Emily. All of have them had great energy, and provided very clear and helpful instructions for the moves. Hot Power Fusion is an awesome class and I appreciate the 3,2,1 preparation when transitioning from move to move.

The facility is beautiful! The bathrooms / locker area is so clean and that staff was extremely helpful and welcoming.

All of the teachers are wonderful and very dedicated to helping the students get closer to their goals. I feel very welcome each time I walk into the studio and CorePower's different classes always have exactly the workout I am looking for that day. The classes are challenging and so much fun and I will always, always be a member!
