Love the one hour yoga class. Love the heat. I love the environment. It's clean and well decorated. I love that you have showers and all the necessities for getting cleaned up and ready to go on to the next activity. I wish you have discounts for social workers because it's really hard to afford on my salary. So I only come once per week. Would love to home more often.

Multiple times a day and various classes

multiple times per day yoga sculpt and yoga classes are offered. Especially the new 8am Saturday and Sunday classes! I was going to Medford previously.
