I love the instructors, very knowledgeable, challenging and kind. I love the fact that you don't have to book ahead of time, you can just walk in. I also like the space, just comfortable.
That here are so many instructors and everyone does it different so you get a different class.

Love the yoga sculpt class, not a big fan of the regular yoga classes. The set up of the room makes it difficult for a normal yoga class.
