I enjoy taking the HPF class on Sunday mornings. The instructor, Stephanie, has provided adjustments throughout the class which have been helpful. I would recommend CorePower Newton to others as the staff are friendly and the entire place is clean.

love the low lighting, essential oil smells, candlight yoga, early and late classes and defitneiyl the showers. Thank you. Service staff were great as well. Thank you. My only recommendation would be to soak facecloths in an ice bath with a couple drops of Lavendar essential oil then distribute at the end of class to those who want... this would be much preferred over the fanning and it's super cheap but feels incredibly luxurious!! I learned this while at Indigo Hot Yoga in Raleigh, NC... amazing end to class. Thanks!
