The classes are a perfect combination of mindfulness and physical exertion. The studios are clean and modern.

Very clean. Very friendly staff. Very respectful. Very calming and centering experience. ( Even though I think the cost of classes are kind of expensive) I can see myself coming to a class a month for candle light hot yoga.

Still REALLY BUMMED that HPF is down to once a day on weekdays....no evening classes...yet C1 / C2 is on schedule 9 times a day and Yoga Sculpt - 6 times a day. Surely this is space SOMEWHERE for an evening class of HPF at 6 pm or later (and not 9 pm...way to late)...a 9:30 am class is not helpful to those that work a 9-5 job.

Otherwise....I LOVE you guys....just not sure what happened to the love HPF and the followers...

Yoga sculpt is the primary reason I come to your gym. I drive all the way from Tewksbury for this class. I love the instructors and always get a great full body work out! 😊
