Lots of classes, variety of times and excellent studio space

Amazing instructor and just such a great class.

I just now moved to this studio from oakland, CA and although the studio is smaller and the weights are not in the work out room the teachers I have had there so far, including the sub, were incredible! VERY glad to have a corepower available to moving from west coast to east coast too. Very convenient and corepower yogas generally seem to have good teachers everywhere I’ve been.

I love the community. and classes

I like the community spirit. I wish Medford had more special classes (e.g. glow flow, restorative, C3) at 4pm or 5pm. I also like the new schedule since Oct. There are more classes to fit into my busy schedule. However, some on Sat. are scheduled so close together that there is only 15 mins between.

Loved the classes

Very happy here. Love the teachers. Studio is lovely and clean.
If I HAD to complain about something I would say I like the hot yoga hot. Some teachers don't turn up the heat. I feel bad saying that. I'm very happy here.

Sheer number of classes, instructors, facilities

Always nice to walk in and see the smiling faces of the staff at this studio. Very welcoming bunch who provides an awesome array of different styles of classes. Love this studio!

I think I’m now addicted to hot yoga. I zoned out for the whole hour. Do you know how hard it is for me to zone out for a whole hour working the job that I work? Take my money. Take it all.

Teachers

Clean studio and changing areas, wonderful, caring instructors. One note: I buy a 10-class membership and get the senior discount. The website says the cost is $184 yet when I get there to pay I'm told the cost is $189. Please update your website to show the correct cost.

Core Power Yoga in Medford is excellent, the instructors, classes, schedules and facility are outstanding. Particularly, the studio manager (Kim Hanson) her passion, professionalism, yoga expertise and personality is a pleasure to interact with, her positive and welcoming energy is felt throughout the studio everyday.

Kim is always asking for feedback on how to better improve the experience at the studio, I was very impressed with her special events such as live DJ and Glow Flow. The best compliment I can direct towards Kim is, it is a bright part of my day when I get to see and interact with Kim. Core Power Yoga is well respresented with all of the instructors and studio manager at the Medford location.

One of the best yoga classes I've been too! Really nice staff and I like that there's a week long trial period.

I love how friendly the staff is and how clean the facility is. I come to yoga hoping to relax and be in the good mood and get exactly what I need. The instructors are knowledgeable and respectful and not pushy - which motivates me more. The hot yoga and yoga sculpting were amazing so far!
