With very little experience to Hot Yoga, I still took the advance class, Sculpt, only as I believe I'm physically active in other areas. Instructors didn't make me feel like I was a beginner as I was afraid I'd stand out like a sore thumb. I was able to keep up in some modified versions. I enjoyed the variety of levels and felt comfortable.

I love how friendly and helpful all of the instructors have been and the studio has been so inclusive and welcoming!

I like that each class and teacher is different, but i know i'll get a great workout no matter when i go.

Everything, the studio is clen and well organized, hard floor/ hate curpeted studios! Not crowded, I like small group, as well I like free trial week. The staff is nice and friendly, close to my place....I love the late evening classes!

The facility is very nice as well as the people that work there. They make you feel very welcome and it makes you want to come back.

The uniformity of the curriculum. A lot of yoga studios' classes vary greatly from teacher to teacher. Some teachers provide a great work out, others take a gentler approach. Every teacher at Core Power provides a great workout and the class structure is uniform. It allows students to progress faster because of the repetition. Also, the Winchester location is so convenient for me because I work in Campbell and live in Sunnyvale. It's on the way home. You have perfect class times for busy working moms. I've always had trouble doing an after work class because most classes start at 5pm or later, but I have to pick up kids at 6pm. The 4pm class is perfect. I love that there are classes all day long!! It's gives me so many options!

The variety class times makes scheduling and progressing easy for me. My performance in warm and Hot studios has definitely improved my performance overall. The facility bathrooms are modern and have very nice showers and lockers. The choice of music so far has been excellent...very understated, mostly instrumentals, worldwide styles, and never obstructing the instructors guidance or my attention on what I'm doing. Aside from the beautiful, clean studio, the teachers are fantastic! It is possibly the toughest workout I have ever done!

I LOVE the Heated Power classes and the Heated Power with weights! They are unlike any other yoga class I have taken, with instructors who care and take time to adjust your pose with you request. The class leave you feeling refreshed, renewed and ready to conquer anything that comes your way. I lOVE CorePower Yoga and I know you will too!

Lots of really good time options for classes, including early morning and later evening, that work great for working parents.
