It's clean, friendly, and good yoga!

I am pretty new at yoga and not sure which style and what, but I loved taking class at this studio. I am sleeping better and feel myself getting stronger. myself stronger since I start taking classes here.

The teacher is super friendly and helpful. The class goes from accessible to challenging and the environment has a great ambience. The locker room is well-kept and very clean. I am very happy that I signed up for the trial!

CPY pushes me to the next level. It is a new yoga experience.

Granted I've only visited one class, the CP2 bikram, the facilities are extremely clean and instructors are there to answer any questions when prompted. The only aspect that I feel is missing, is the spiritual component. From the looks, most classes and most individuals I have spoken to really go to Core Power for the raw power and exercise of the class. I think the classes really do focus on those aspects, and it does a great job for the body, but I might need to look elsewhere for the spiritual component, which would lead me to only buy classes in packages, rather than joining a monthly membership. Overall though, great job and keep it up!

The instructors are very welcoming, informative, and encouraging. The exercises and environment are refreshing-- and surprisingly, even the extreme heat and sweating. It's yoga on another level and I love it! Also, the location at Winchester is beautiful and well kept. Literally right when I got home I recommended it to my siblings and every person I care about that I saw after that.

Other than the substance of the yoga being very fruitful, the teachers go the extra mile to make it an enlightening experience and to connect with the clientele on a comfortable level. Because of the cleanliness of the environment, I feel healthier and energized every time I enter the builsing.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful especially for a first timer! I love the beginner hot class.

1 hour classes - perfect length for my schedule. Lots of classes on the schedule, you can go at any hour. Easy to follow workout, and I feel great after.

Love the clasess...and how frequent they are too. Almost all of the instructors are great at what they do and kind./friendly. Nice that there are clothes to buy there too. It's very convenient for me because it's close to my house and the classes are only 1 hr. My time is limited because i'm a new mommy.
