Eventhough $25 is a lot for a yoga class, our facilities are very good. Your teachers tend to have less than one year teaching, but they are well prepared by your teacher training sessions.

So many options for classes each day! I practiced at locations in San Jose and Fair Oaks and have been impressed with the amenities and course times/levels. Would definitely recommend to my friends who travel.

only thing that needs to be done is security in the front of the building at night because of window break ins and crime
I love how the teachers always greet you in such an energetic and friendly way. I like how the classes are consistent in structure and I know what to expect but at the same time they are unique to the teacher that is teaching. I like that there are many times and classes to choose from but I wish there were more c2 options early in the morning and later at night. I would also love it if the Winchester location started offering core restore. Thanks!

I like the variety of different types of flows from the C2 classes. The showers are very convenient and the location is close to my office. Shannon's noontime class was awesome! Loved the hands-on adjustments during class. Lots of classes to choose from on the schedule.
