Awesome Yoga instructor!

Good instructors, helpful people at front desk, nice clean bathrooms and close to my home. I took 2 C1 classes on May 2 and 4 and learned quite a bit--it was my first time doing Yoga. One complaint is that the room was VERY hot...so maybe the AC was not working!

Great classes, friendly staff, always different and I love my practices at core power!! I love the intention setting at every class. I would LOVE MORE hands on adjustments. We are always told we will receive them, but I can only remember having them twice (out of many classes.)

I loved sculpting yoga. The class was intense but amazing. It made me feel physically and mentally healthy. Not to mention the instructors were very intusiastic and friendly, which made the class a lot more enjoyable.

I love that tmost of the products are not made in China. I'm trying to shop more ethical and I always feel like I can find one thing to add to my yoga wardrobe. I love yoga sculpt for days when I want to challenge my muscles but get a great stretch. I still LOVE a great c1 class too though. Basics are great.
