1. Focus on fitness & strength -- I've been to yoga classes where fitness and strength aren't much of a focus. I'm going to yoga to be fit and healthy, and at Core, I can do that.
2. Consistency across classes -- With only one (instructor) exception, I know exactly what I'm getting when I come to a class, regardless of time of day or instructor.
3. Instructors -- All the instructors are attentive, responsive, supportive, and knowledgeable. I feel like they're invested in me and my practice.

The studio was clean and welcoming and I enjoyed the workout.

My wife attends Core Power Yoga 5-7 times per week early mornings and mornings on the weekend. This past saturday morning we did the class with Taylor. I was exausted, musles burning, and felt refreshed all at the same time. My scedule and location dont allow me to visit as much as my wife. (we have kids to contend with as well) The few times Ive been to the triangle Austin location have been really good. This past Saturday Taylor was amazing, she's a rock star. (can you say that about a yoga instructor?). Open one up by the Steiner ranch area of Austin, and get taylor to do weekend classes!

Great facility, friendly and helpful instructors

The teachers are so welcoming and knowledgable, the classes are intense but you're always able to modify to your needs. I always feel strong after finishing a class.
