I like the nice studios w the big windows, I like the variety of diff classes, I like the times of the classes, I love candlelight yoga, Monique is super awesome bc she really gives u a workout and keeps the room hot like it should be- Terri I love her- I'm sure there are many others I have not taken from.

I love how attentive Erin was throughout the class. It was challenging and I felt like it worked all of my muscles. I enjoyed the end of class where we got to savanasa, some classes speed this part up and I enjoyed being there for longer.. I also like the feel and atmosphere of the studio, very welcoming and sweet staff members. I also like the products available at CorePower such as the jewelry, clothing, and other yogi things.

I've been dropping in at various yoga studios around town for quite a while now. I started with Yoga Yoga and moved over to black swan, bikram, etc. from there.

And you know what? None of them ever got me to where I needed to be to do a headstand. Yep, a freaking headstand. I never thought that would happen for me but it did at corepower and as I attend as regularly as possible I feel my core getting even stronger.

Maybe one day I'll even be able to do a handstand. That would be pretty sweet but I'm in no hurry. That's another lesson you might get from yoga. Don't rush things. They happen when they are supposed to.

Anyway - maybe it was just timing that I've experienced a lot of progress with the instructors at corepower but I don't think so. Their approach is a really nice balance of workout, peaceful meditation and mindful advice.

I'm a big fan.

In particular - I know I'll get different experiences from most of the instructors at the triangle.

Andie is generally mellow and I appreciate her kind, go at your own pace approach.
Kristen is typically philosophical and I love hearing her deep thoughts.
Francesca seems to always be at the shop and I find her to be very kind and welcoming.
And lastly, I'll admit I miss Timea's smiling face since she moved downtown. She was the first to really make me feel welcome and help me progress in my practice.

If you've been bouncing around to various studios in Austin like I was, you might want to give Corepower a try.

Taylor taught a terrific class. Her Yoga roots really shines through. And it was a killer workout. Your boutique has a great variety of items.

I really like the Corepower Sculpt class. I feel like it's always my hardest but most rewarding work out of the week. I like that I never feel like I need to skip something because it's too hard for me, there is always a variation that I can do.

I love the Yoga Sculpt and Hot Power Fusion classes! Best workout that I've found for myself and any friends that I've introduced to Yoga Sculpt agree! I also love how clean the facilities are and that it is easy for me to shower and get ready for work after class in the morning.

Variety of classes and times

The facilities are clean and beautiful. The instructors are experienced and helpful with correcting my undeveloped yoga technique. Instructors are friendly and when I am greeted by my name - well that just makes me feel at home.
