Also, I really appreciate for approach to the practice. You don't mention things like "burning calories"," toning up", "creating lean muscle", etc.

CorePower Yoga is the best yoga!

I love the sculpt classes! I especially love the class when it is not super hot. I wish there was a 7 or 7:30 class at the Triangle location in Austin, Texas! The teachers are great and are dedicated to providing a good practice for everyone.

I like the type of classes especially Sculpt class that CorePower has. The instructors are friendly and motivating, each having their own personal dynamic in a class. Andie, the manager is always available with a smile, which made me choose this location as my go to for classes. All the girls take the time to know your name and make you feel welcome.

I love the atmosphere and the realness of each instructor. They make being on the mat feel like a safe and empowering place to be!

environment, class flow

The variety of classes and the flexibility of class times with anyones schedule is awesome. Being a full-time professional student and having three jobs is stressful having a place to wind down and recenter is a necessity.

Classes are great, every class even core power-C1 gives challenges to the body to adapt and become stronger. The classes have made my sense of mind better and my overall well-being more healthy. I would recommend core power yoga because teachers are well trained and make anyone in the classroom feel apart of the class.

Love triangle! I would give it a 10 but I like the monarch a bit better. Overall corepower is awesome

Instructors are very helpful and I really like how they incorporate breathing instructions into the routine. I am a huge fan the combination of weights and yoga and cardio in the Sculpt classes that yall have created.

I am new to yoga, but the ladies at CorePower make you feel right at home. The staff is helpful and amaazing, they remember names and truly care about you reaching your yoga goals. I don't think that I have ever loved my body as much as I have during my first week.

The consistency between studios- I have been to studios in Austin and in Virginia, and they share the same level of studio cleanliness, awesome instructors, and quality classes.
The classes offer great music, a positive atmosphere, and great instructors, no matter which level of yoga you choose to participate in or are capable of. For example, even advanced yogis can benefit from the C1 classes to maintain correct alignement and technique.
The staff are always friendly and positive. I have taken classes with various instructors in several locations, and everyone is super nice and helpful. Even when the classes are huge, the staff makes you feel like this is your studio and that you belong there.
There are so many classes offered, especially at the Triangle studio, where I go the most often. It's difficult to find a day where no class works with your schedule.
