I love this yoga studio and normally attend the triangle location! The he one thing I would suggest is a 1:00 pm, 7:00 or 8::00am class time on week days? Maybe a C1 so it is easy for one to go before work.

I love this studio! I unfortunately had to move to Dallas and miss it terribly. The teachers are amazing! At the Triangle studio they push you, have great flows and keep the heat up. The Dallas studios need a lesson on a longer flow and hotter classes.
