Clean and open space facility. Option to rent mats if traveling. Option to shower / get ready there before work. Still has a smaller studio feel though... overall positive.

I love the teachers and the community atmosphere

I like the friendliness from the first contact at the front door. People remember my name and are welcoming. The space is clean and inviting and full of great energy. Because the instructors are living their practice, they embody the principles and benefits of yoga, transferring that experience to their class participants. I have always left there feeling empowered, and that I really worked toward something, and stronger than when I arrived. I am looking forward to deepening my practice, and I will invite friends to join me here.

It is a lovely space and location close to whole foods. The facilities are roomy and well maintained. Great space to create space within.

I love how small and intimate the classes are and, I really like that the teachers are on the same level as me; their hands on approach to adjust me when I need it is very helpful in my practice.

I enjoy the emphasis placed on correct form and the sculpt class is hands down the best workout I have ever had

Everyone is really nice and helpful and welcoming. It's not an intimidating setting which makes me feel more comfortable to try harder and to not judge myself.

Prime Location. Parking isn't great, but I understand. Amenities and decorum are great . Also love the vibe of people in there, no one seems stuffy or stand-offish. And the teachers are EXCELLENT! Namaste yall :)

I have only taken the beginners classes but I love how they are carried out. I always feel totally comfortable from beginning to end. I like how you always meet the instructor at check-in. The class is hard and you break a sweat but I feel guided through the whole thing.
