The structure of the class's are always amazing
The classes are very different to any other yoga I have done before.
I like them very much! The only cons that I see is that the music sometimes is too high and makes it difficult for people to hear/follow/ understand what the instructor is saying.

The class I got to sit it on was wonderful. For 2 or 3 days my body was in recovery and my abs never hurt so much nor felt tighter. Love it.
