Our 10am Saturday instructor was incredible - we wish she could teach in seattle! The class was absolutely fantastic, the mist was fab & she pumped up the energy of the room to make it the best 60 minute class we’ve been to in years! Was a highlight of our trip to Austin & we’ll be back to this location in a heartbeat the next time we’re in Austin ❤️

Once you get over the initial shock of drinking your own sweat while in any inversion, it's fab. Great instructors, lovely workouts with c2 :)

I only wish we had some of the other classes such as meditation offered. Maybe more candlelight evening classes than just late Wednesday nights.

The music and overall workout was amazing! It was the perfect difficulty level for me and I was perfectly sore the next day!
