CorePower at the Triangle is a very welcoming community. They made yoga very accessible to beginners who may be unfamiliar with yogic terminology and traditions.
The quality of the instructors. the cleanliness of your studios. the consistency of your classes. the music. the lighting. And most of all, I love how perfectly the rooms are heated and ventilated. The room never feels warm when we walk it. It heats up gradually as we do, so it is never noticeable (not oppressing like some other hot yoga studios are). I leave there dripping in sweat and never felt like I was in a warm room. Perfect!
I also love the classes. I love that I can do a fusion class and get the benefits of bikram in 50% less time and still feel amazing. I love yoga sculpt the most because I feel relaxed after, like I did yoga, but also got my heart pumping and did some strength training. Best hour of my day!

Staff/instructors are lovely
The instructors are great and the studios are very clean. The only thing I don't like is that the door gets locked and I sometimes rush over there and then can't get in 1 min late. I understand why, but I don't enjoy that.

Well I have only taken 1 class here so far but it was amazing. Everyone is super nice and welcoming. I am starting my Yoga Teachers Training here and this place just seems like a really safe space to learn and grow in my Yoga journey.
I love CorePower! Instructors are amazing, classes are fun and challenging, and the vibe is always calm yet energizing. The studio is always clean and smells good—it’s my happy place!!!

The schedule is convenient and the instructors are very well qualified and competent. I got individualized attention when I had difficulty performing a particular stance. The music and the atmosphere was calming and soothing. The price is very reasonable for the quality of the instruction. I will definitely continue to attend and will recommend it to others.
