I had a great class. I also like the way the instructor structured her class with the movements.
When I signed up I was told that it was a month by month membership. I asked specifically if it was an auto draft because at the end of the month I had to move into my new house and would need to take a week or two off and I didn’t want to have a membership if that was the case.
I was trying to decide between a membership and a package.
When I showed up at the end of my first month I was a little dissatisfied to hear that they tried to run my card.
I will return and sign up again in a couple of weeks, I just wish the person who signed me up had been a little more clear as to the details on the membership.
The young lady who flagged me did a great job letting me know the situation and allowing me to take the last class I had planned on taking before my move.
Otherwise the studio is amazing and I plan on returning in a few weeks after I get settled in and back into a normal routine.
I may also be interested in teacher training.

I love how encouraging the teachers are, how they each have a different sequence and flow. This studio is always so clean and the front desk is friendly.

It was a challenge but very rewarding all body workout. The instructor was great, easy to understand and encouraging.
It was so amazing after 3 years to actually have a teacher do hands on adjustments during class. Not only did it help me to the poses correctly but it always sooooo relaxing and adds so much value to the class experience. Now all you need to bring back is the essential oils at the end of class where instructors do a little face massage if you're one of the lucky chosen ones.

I just finished my free week. I appreciate how kind and friendly everyone at the front desk were. Even though I look differently than the majority of members, I felt welcomed by staff. Cody and Joel were PHENOMENAL instructors. I’m now signing up for an unlimited membership:-)
Love the teachers and the classes. Love that the app makes it easy to book classes and track when your favorite teachers are teaching.
I like that several classes are offerred each day to choose from and I like all of the teachers that I have taken classes from.

OMG!!!! what a nice place to go practice and what great teachers, especially Joel H, in the last Sunday practice, WOW there is so much to learn from Joel, "Yoga Sutras" he was actually talking about THE REAL YOGA!! Just blessed to be in the room with him. There should be a practice to sit and hear about Yoga Sutras, blown away!!!
I am happy to attend classes at Triangle, the staff is sweet and friendly and has good command on their flow sequences.
I love this place. As a long time yogi I thought I would not like it. But it is so great. The classes are a great workout. Yoga 2 is so challenging but it really gets you deep into your poses and practice. Cardio Sculpt is so fun. The location is perfect. No complaints.
I like how kind the instructors and staff are. Also, they push to do my best but also be sure not to go over board.
