It took me a while to get used to the heat and sweat but now I’m addicted. I specifically see out classes with Joel, Karli and Karin. I bring Buddies and spread the word. I just love my community here at Monarch CP and the remodel is on point!

The Triangle CorePower studio is amazing! I love all the teachers and how they have all different types of class structures. I take the yoga sculpt classes and love how I can expect something different each time and be challenged by each instructor. It's always a great atmosphere when I come in.

I had a great experience my first time at CorePower Yoga. I went on a Buddy Pass. I hadn't been to a yoga class in quite some time, and I was pleasantly surprised that I could keep up with most of the class.
The heat, workout and meditation it provides. Most of the instructors are awesome!

The monarch location was just redone and it is now BEAUTIFUL! It felt much cleaner than the Triangle location that I have been going to while the construction was happening. Great class and great studio!

It seems like the studio just got a facelift, beautiful floors, brightens up the entrance and gives a refreshing look and feel. Just happy to be back in the studio to practice with just wonderful teachers.
Joel was an excellent instructor and calm but powerful voice in the Yoga flow experience. I would definitely come back again to do another class. The facility was well-run, clean, and supported a large group without feeling too crowded.
