Such a great workout! Every time I finish my workout I feel better and stronger than I did walking in to class. The instructors are super kind & encouraging.
Love these classes! Only feedback would be wiping down the weights, they smell and dont look like they are being cleaned between classes.
I am getting back into working out and I find the classes to be very easy to follow with adjustments for all levels.This is the hot yoga class I have sweated in the most and I love it. I feel amazing after every class!
I love the classes & the instructors! They're all so friendly, fun and energetic. One suggestion; it would be awesome to have some incense in the room or cold towels with essential oils especially for the super sweaty hot sessions!
