The experience is ah-mazing!! The teachers are so welcoming!! Constantly telling my friends drenched in sweat leaving is a vibe!! Whether I am taking a yoga sculpting class and leaving like a toned baddie or C2 class and feeling detoxed and revived the experience offers more than just one way of yoga which is the best of both worlds!!

I love my experience at CPY & would highly recommend it. The instructors are wonderful, welcoming & genuinely care about their students. The class options (availability/times/variety) are excellent. The location is convenient. To avoid parking issues, I get there early. I would love to see Restore reinstated for a deeper dive into spiritual healing. The sound baths were very nice & that would be great to see on the schedule too.

Loved the vibe, loved that it pushed me out of my comfort zone, similar enough to not be impossible to follow, but still unlike any other group fitness class Ive done.
