Everything! My class with Mary Katherine P was challenging, pushing me to go farther than I had previously and expanding my belief in the capacity of my body, reaffirming and building upon the work and practice. The pace was spot on varying in speed as we flowed. Overall, it was deeply satisfying in the safe space to sweat, practice mindfulness and dedication to intentions I set and be guided by a gentle and knowledgeable teacher. Namaste 🙏🏽

I love the environment in both studios. I think Monarch has done a great job welcoming and inviting in customers, always making it a place I want to come back to. I love that there is flexibility with the times I’m available to choose from, especially when some classes don’t align with my schedule, I can go look for another! Corepower Monarch is a great location and I am also happy there are now 2-4 more parking spots in the garage! Haha!
