Monarch has a new heater and it gets warm….other ones, mainly Mueller, does not get heat t enough.

I am new to yoga and at first I was nervous about being 58 years old and around people who seemed like they have been doing this forever. But the teachers are so welcoming and I eased into it and now go 3 to 4 times a week. It has made me so much stronger and the quality time uninterrupted is incredibly meditative at the same time. I'm hooked! It's something I crave now. Also, I love mixing up my classes from Core 2, to Sculpt, Upper, Lower and Full body Core Work out with weights and Restore.
Where to begin-
The people here are all amazingly knowledgeable and kind-Harriet, Joel, Katherine, Klaudia are excellent teachers and humans that I feel gratitude to have crossed paths with through my membership at this studio. All the other teachers seem equally great, I just have yet to engage with them and Im excited for that.

At Cedar Park, I feel like the instructors actually like yoga. triangle has turned into a full on sculpt only studio. I just wish Cedar Park classes were a bit later in the day but I can the turn out is a bit small so it makes sense as is

Love the availability of C2yoga classes during the mornings! I love the ability to walk to the studio and have a healthy lunch after a yoga session at the several restaurants in the area. The instructors are friendly and provide a yoga flow that adapts easily to the different yoga levels of practitioners. I tried a free week to see if CorePower morning C2 classes would work during my morning schedule and I am definitely planning on enrolling in the unlimited membership program.
Joel is the best! It’s my church on Sunday morning. He feeds the soul!
Claire was a wonderful teacher, great structure to her class. The studio location was also very convenient
I love the workouts and most of the instructors have really fun playlists that distract from the fact that you’re sweating and working out

I would just like to recommend or make two suggestions:
1. That the room be held in silence before yoga begins and afterwards upon departing.
2. That no chemicals be used in the studio....use witchhazel and essential oils for cleaning mats........so we don't breathe in chemicals after our lovely yoga practice.

I am a senior / retired woman and I LOVE the yoga sculpt workout - the combination of yoga, cardio and WEIGHTS is the best-- I did hot power yoga for years , but was still losing Bone density - so I started adding weights to my other gym workouts - but with core power I get everything in one-I told my primary care dr that I was doing core power and she is ecstatic- she does it also!
Nobody told my generation we needed weights- so so happy to see all the "young girls " under 40 in class- I would love to get their moms there!
