I never thought I would EVER want to work out in a heated space, but I actually do like it at Core Power. It definitely makes it easier to lengthen muscles. Summer was a great instructor.
Jonathan and Alexis were both wonderful instructors. They both were very good at giving detailed guidance on form.
I also liked the size of the studio. It just has one room, but it is nice and big, so both classes I took there was plenty of room.

Great work out. Pace of pose changes often too fast for newcomer. My wife tells me there is a variety of classes for different goals, so that is good
