Prompt answering the phone line, systems in place for fast computer, phone adjustment (people and technology at its best) and solving the issue in less than 10 minutes. Major improvement over, THANK YOU!

The studios are clean, well maintained, and are a good size. The best part of Tustin is their excellent instructors. They really know how to motivate you and push you to your limit.

Thank you for the opportunity to share feedback. I typically attend classes at the Costa Mesa location but make the trip to Tustin specifically to follow Lisa G. She is one of my favorite instructors. Several of my friends have even joined CorePower just to experience her classes.
Lisa brings such authenticity and inspiration to every session. She encourages us to trust our bodies, quiet the monkey mind, and fully immerse ourselves in the practice. Whether it’s yoga or sound healing, her energy and instruction help us experience the true benefits of movement, mindfulness, and presence. I absolutely love her classes and always leave feeling grounded and renewed.
I love my sound bath classes with Lisa G! She’s just a master at transporting me to a place of serene relaxation for an hour of bliss.
I also appreciate the updated flooring in the halls and locker room. I do wonder how the new upholstered furniture will do with all the sweaty bodies.
Please offer a C1.5 class for those of is who can’t tolerate the high heat of C2 or HPF.
