The teachers are so welcoming, kind, uplifting and knowledgeable. CPY is my therapy. It has all the classes that I need for my health. When I notice that my mental health becomes shaky I take a C2 or HPF classes to get grounded and to calm my mind. On the other days I take YS or CSX classes to work on my strength. CPY has become such an important part of my life that I don’t want to miss it ever. Especially on those days where I feel less motivated to workout, the presence of my yogi friends has always inspired me to show up for myself.
Only if they would have a starter kit for sale. The instructors I have taken so far are just phenomenal at what they do. Thank you!

Our family went in for the intro C1 class. Our instructor was amazing. We didn't realize how far away the location was from our home. On our way there we decided we would look for another location for the next time. However, our experience was so positive that after the class we determined we would be coming back here and seeking to take the same instructor.
