I love the C2 guided practice with Mari, she had a fun April fools joke on the class and then made it an amazing theme during the class.
It has given me the peace and stillness I never get in the chaotic busyness of life. It has encouraged me to be kinder to myself and gave me the confidence that I am more than enough.
Love the studio! I just have one small suggestion. I think it would be great to have some storage or wall hooks on the large long wall right outside the doors of the studios for us to hang our jackets and store our small items .

Loved the challenging sculpt class Monday 12:30! The sub kept the class going with encouragement and very good flow! The studio is clean and well kept. Keep up the good work!!!!!
Enjoy the yoga classes whenever I have taken a class at either Tustin or Mission Viejo. The teachers take time to give position options and levels to help to make it easier or harder. Love the instruction and the feeling after class!

The staff/ instructors are so genuine and care about making the most of the time during your practice. They make everyone comfortable to flow at their own level and pace. Every class has been such a great experience that makes me feel invigorated and positive for the rest of the day.

I personally found Core Power Strength X amazing for my exercise journey. I really didn’t work out too much before, just some light running and some abs but the strength x class at core power is a perfect add on to get a nice workout!! I absolutely LOVE it!!
Brea studio management and teachers are knowledgeable and create a friendly practice space. The studio is clean and well organized. Someone has a green thumb! The studio plants are thriving and are beautifully displayed. It is a good place to grow. I like to store my shoes close to the yoga room entrance and I am grateful there are cubbies right next to the room door. I like the CSX at 1200 and C2 at 1 pm midweek schedule and hope to see more of these classes available. It is fun when there is a sale for merchandise. The retail display is always organized and nicely displayed.
