This was my first class with Nicola and first class at Fashion Island in a very long time - years. Nicola’s class was top notch! I love the blended CoreRestore and Sound bath classes, but they don’t happen in my local Santa Barbara studios. What made Nicola’s class so successful was his unique integration of breathwork, tai chi, yoga and sound. He’s a lovely soul and you can see how much he enjoys sharing his profession with the class. I walked out of the class a new person. Thank you CPFI and Nicola for the fantastic Saturday evening class. I hope to be back soon!

Taking the late candlelight Hot Power Fusion class is the perfect way to unwind after a long, busy day. The candlelight sets a calm, peaceful mood, and Mirela’s guidance is both grounding and energizing. I always leave feeling relaxed, recharged, and more connected to myself. Highly recommend for anyone needing a mindful reset.

Very friendly staff and instructors! This studio feels like a really warm community. It would be nice if there were a few C1 classes offered throughout the week (preferably in the evenings but not too late) and weekends. Thank you!
