I like the attention to detail in each class. I love that the studio is warm but not hot. Your studio has helped me improve my form.But I really wish there was a mid-afternoon C1 yoga class. That way on the days morning don't work for my schedule I'd have an afternoon option.The after work 5:15 class is a bit late for me and a bit crowded for my liking.

Staff is very welcoming every time I walk in. When I leave, staff always acknowledges my presence and say "thanks for coming"! I like to attend the Saturday C2 class at 10:30. Lindsey L is the instructor. She ALWAYS has a great class. She is challenging, puts thought into her flows, (well planned with specific cues), has great music and she does a nice job of picking a theme and weaving it into the workout without being to "wordy". She applies real life and gives people "food for thought". Many times I hear other people in the locker room saying what a great class it was and how they loved it. She is good about asking people for feedback and if they would change anything. I haven't heard a negative comment yet..

Everyone there is my friend by now (I'm a TT/ XP student). I like that it's lofty and spacious inside compared to the other studios, right by my house, and around the corner from corporate.
Lots of class times to work into my schedule. Teachers are so good about explaining the techniques.
