Instructors are friendly and helpful during class if you need a little extra instruction. They give feedback without making you fee uncomfortable and most of all make working out fun and something I want to make part of my day.

The lady who taught my class, I forget her name, was SO incredibly positive, active, motivating, and involved in the class. I have NEVER pushed myself that hard during a work out in my life and it was all because of her. The studio is absolutely beautiful.

I love going to core power at LOHI on Saturday mornings at 10:30 with Lindsey! Although it is crowded, because she is popular, she is a FANTASTIC teacher. She always brings it!! I listen to girls in the locker room and her "themes" always resonate with people!

I feel like Corepower Lohi offers a consistently comfortable environment for me and my fiancé to come practice yoga in! There's a laundry list of great instructors, all of which offer a unique vantage point on how to best practice Yoga. There's is consistency in the schedule, which makes it easy to attend classes with the instructors we enjoy practicing with.
