Clean facilities and good instructors
Love you everything about CP! The only thing I really want to relay is that the sculpt classes are WAY too hot (on C2 level when they shouldn’t be). This has been a trend at lohi so I’ve stopped going there for sculpt
It was my first time at this studio and I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of studio space. I also used the showers and they were very nice and clean. However, I was wishing for more bench space to put my things. I found myself fumbling around in a towel with nowhere to set anything down. Not even a hook in the bathroom to hang my towel.
I loved my instructor, Liz! She was fantastic! She made the most out of a 45 minute class and I felt great afterwards. She was enthusiastic and encouraging. She also looks like she belong in a Ralph Lauren magazine, good for her! If yoga is her secret, I'll do it forever! lol
The instructor, brenda, was amazing! She was an awesome teacher!

Jo teaches the most amazing HPF class in Sunday mornings! She’s my favorite HPF teacher.
For instructors that usually teach yoga sculpt then teach a HPF class - they aren’t the same practice. Please take Jo’s class and see what’s important to a HPF practice - it’s not blaring bass music with yelled instructions. Just my $.02 worth.
