I take the CP2 class almost exclusively. I like that it's always different, but always challenging. In general, I like the level of heat at Core Power; it's enough to add additional challenge, but not enough to feel like I'm in survival mode, as in Bikrim.
Staff is super friendly and encouraging of your practice and a positive lifestyle.
The whole experience is superb:
- Very friendly atmosphere in the lobby, the system is computerized and take minimal time
- Extremely easy checkin with the scan card, the instructor makes it very personal though
- Neat and nice locker room
- Competent and friendly instruction, when instructors are focused on improvement
- Very nice showers and winding down after the class
The studios are clean, the instruction is consistent and the classes are challenging without being scary. I love it.
I love that there are classes at all times per day and the classes are 60-75 minutes. Love the variety of the classes. Also, the staff is always helpful, friendly and professional. I also like that there is a retail store as part of the studio with interesting and fun clothing.

There is so much variety. The instructors take so much pride in their job and crew are dynamic, interesting and innovative workouts. Also, with the hands-on approach that many take, my practice itself has gotten exponentially better over the past two years.

The one hour classes
there's nothing i don't like about CP! wherever i go, whatever studio, it's always wonderful! berkeley in particular was wonderful because you really crank the heat and make it a great class :)
