Energy

Its a full service gym, but solely for yoga. I'm always impressed with the cleanliness of the changing rooms and showers and the general vibe of the studios is always welcoming and calm. The studios and staff always feel friendly.

The range of classes, the consistency and quality or classes and teachers from studio to studio. The amenities, cleanliness, music, it's all great. I want a corepower in Sacramento!

Challenging workouts, good instructors, friendly community.

I love the frequency and variety of classes. I love that there are showers - and little things like q-tips, ponytail holders and bobby pins, and tampons stashed in the locker rooms. I love that the classes are full of real people with real bodies. I love that the basic routines are easy to learn but the sequence is never quite the same, so classes never get boring. I love that I can buy yoga clothes and equipment right at my yoga studio, and I love the 75% off rack!

I like the Sculpt and Hot fusion classes. Some of your teachers are amazing. Wish you offered more variety of classes, though.

The classes are a perfect combination of everything I like in my workout -- cardio, meditative, sweaty, and strength.

I love the varied classes and class levels. I was completely new to yoga and took my first free week, and fell in love with the kind instructors and the challenging but fun classes that I had to sign up for a black membership.

The classes offer a range of workout intensity and all of them are challenging in there own ways. I love the number of offerings each day, and West Berkeley facility is very nice (it's the only one I've been to). The teachers are all very friendly and do there best to build a sense of community.

I always recommend Corepower as the teachers are wonderful and you know to expect a high quality class and studio

Most classes are well led by very competent instructors who make classes challenging and fun.

Teachers, fast paced classes

Everyone at Corepower is extremely professional and friendly upon my arrival at the studio. The staff makes me feel important as they remember my name, ask me about my day or week. I have made some really great bonds with some of the teachers at Corepower, as they are extremely encouraging and find the positive in everything.

the best part is that there are classes from early in the am till later in the evening as well as mid day…so whenever I have a couple of hours free I can go yoga!
