Monika Kaufman's Sunday C2 has been a fixture in my 5 years of practicing yoga. Her class is always fresh, inspired and the right level of challenging.
Her class is the most important 75min gift I can give myself (and my yoga community). It can mean the difference between offering my highest self in any given situation off the mat or taking a really big gamble.

I love the Sculpt class! It is such a hard, fun workout. I have really been looking for something to provide a big impact on my fitness that doesn't take a lot of time...Also there are two locations between my home (Oakland) and work (San Rafael) which makes it easy to go.

I like the C-1 class at the dinner hour 5:45-6:45. I like some of the teachers but not all. I like the look and feel o the studio.

I like that It has many options, such as classes for beginner or the combination with sculpting etc. so we can pick which class suits us best

Love this place, specially sculpt classes, 99% of the teachers are awesome and make my day every time I go.

The schedule has a ton of variety. No matter how crazy my schedule is there is a class I can fit into my day. The instructors don't follow the same routine, so I have been able to do something new in each class and continue to be challenged. I like that each instructor really adds their own flair to their sessions. Keeps it fresh and motivating.

I like that there is consistency with teachers programs. I do enjoy new routines in all of the classes as well

The class was excellent for me and the flow was perfect. I haven't been to a studio class in years and I did not feel lost at all. The instructors were great with their adjustments and demos as well.

What's not to like?! Everyone is incredibly welcoming and the schedule is really convenient for most anyone's schedule. Being taught something is invaluable- sharing that experience with a room full of people is a truly tremendous thing.
