Heather is the best instructor by far, and I'm so glad she has 2 sculpt classes at 4:45! I'm also glad both sinks and showers in the girls locker room are now fixed.

The facility is great. Really like the natural light of the studios. Great space overall. Most of the teachers are also great, particularly Diana G., Leslie, and Monika. You should try and keep them there as long as possible! There's just one teacher we actively avoid, however, but he seems to be an anomaly. On the whole, the teachers are reliably good and the experience is very solid.

I like the convenience of a chain studio. I do find the membership a bit pricey. Also, I wish the teachers would OM before and after class, especially since they try to link our breaths.

I love the variety of teachers and the accessibility of the yoga.
I would love to see more advanced classes, or more workshops on different topics and types of poses. There are not a lot of learning or community building opportunities. This is a lack.
However, some of the classes you emerge like you are on a mountain looking over a vista, and some feel like a blissful party, and some are powerful and some are a meditation. This is why I love core power west berkeley

I love Heather Gersh and Shauna Bernard's Sculpt classes, I love C2s from Raissa Lerner, Nels Sunquist, Diana Gradstein, and Katherine Svodbada. I am always looking at merchandise and frequently buy yoga leggings!

I like that CP2 is similar to a good dance workout. There is a captivating balance between
routine movement sequences and new more challenging poses and sequences that keep me thinking. I feel I stay in shape doing CP2 along with my other sports. Teachers are consistently engaging leaders and coaches of movement.

The teachers at Core power are amazing.

I attended three sculpt classes with different instructors, and each instructor guide to us by their own way which was very impressive. I started to do yoga to lose weight, but it also helps me to develop my powers of concentration. I strongly recommend CorePower Yoga to people who need to do some exercise or get rid of stress from studying.
