I have noticed that teachers are now always asking about physical assists- this makes my heart happy. Thank you for always giving the choice to students.I love Josh, Melvin, and I think the other teacher is Jenny! Their classes are empowering, safe, and also challenging. The perfect combo.

I like the accessibility and the schedule. Love the range of classes and most of the instructors. Not a big fan of Ali from Studio City, though. She is not very friendly. I dislike her offensive jokes and ballet incorporation.

The classes are so dynamic. I try to take a mix of them each week to keep a balance. The teachers are all so well trained and positive. I feel like I learn new poses each week!

Core power yoga is like family. I love being there and I actually look forward to my adult classes. Being drenched in sweat forgetting about the outside world with people who are with me and working hard to obtain a better sense of self. The teachers are always energetic professional and some are so attentive as and I love those classes! Everyone is so nice and makes sure you know your way around. The studio is spacious and clean and has the best hours! The 10pm class is the perfect cap to my long work day when I close and it's the perfect workout to make me rest more at ease. Since core power I've become happier, way less bloated, foods easier to digest, I am more flexible, I look forward to my workout which I used to dread, I have more clear skin and I am more self aware. I've been to many other studios and this one by far exceeds those. I would highly recommend this place to all of my friends colleagues family you name it and have. There's a reason why I see so many core power check in tags on peoples keys! Keep it up!

Stacy is one of the most genuine and helpful instructors I have ever had. She creates a true community and great Ambiance in her class and makes everyone comfortable and adjusts almost everyone in class if need be.
