The facility was clean, smelled nice, felt good to be in there! The instructor was amazing. She came by and gave little massages and helped to really stretch out my hips which was exactly what I needed. Felt amazing for the entire date.

What do you like about our products and services?

I love CorePower and have been a going to CP studios since 2006. The studios are always clean, the layouts are friendly and useable. The instructors are always friendly and helpful. I was a little disappointed to see the 1.5 classes disappear. there may not be the demand for it, but it would be awesome to see one class a week that is a pre-natal class so I could continued patronage through my pregnancy.

Power flow. Playfulness. Permission to do what you need for your body. Trusting students to know their body, while also guiding them with opportunities and suggestions for change. Clean lockers and showers. Great retail.

I like the temperature of the rooms, and the variation of classes. I go to corepower for easy physical maintenance while I'm dancing hard, or hard workouts in between dance projects. Perfect!
