Vivian is a great teacher!!! She adds creative sequences to the sculpe format to work muscle groups in challenging and creative ways. She has great music and keeps the class upbeat and energized. Corepower is lucky to have her as an instructor.

Both of the instructors whose classes I joined were awesome--energetic, enthusiastic, and very supportive. I left both classes feeling refreshed and re-energized. The facilities are small but nice and well-maintained.

I went to Dave York's sculpt class last night and had a blast. He's mindful of how everyone is feeling in regard to pace and temperature, which is really nice.

I like that it combines the internal focus of yoga with movement and muscle-building. I was actually sore the next day!

I just started going here after trying out various yoga studios in the area and I absolutely love it. I've been writing down some of the stuff that is said in my classes and some of the instructors playlists are exactly on point. In the 6 days this I have had my membership here, I have gone 5/6 times.
