7:00 instructor is awesome! The class is intense, high energy, and very motivating. I leave feeling stress free and very very sweaty. Perfectly balanced class and exactly what I have been looking for.

I like how welcoming the staff always is. I've never felt like I didn't belong or that I couldn't do any of the poses. They are great with explaining different modifications and helping you. The whole studio is always clean, and they offer a lot of amenities in the bathroom.

The studio is awesome; always clean and well maintained. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I came back to CPY because of Danny B and his class did not disappoint. I will say it was a little too hot in the classroom, but i'll attribute that to summer time in chicago :)
