I love the teachers and classes

I love the teachers and the variety of classes given daily! The combination of C2 and sculpt is perfect for my own personal goals.

I enjoy classes in studio 1 - It's a nice place to practice and will typically be very roomy which I like.

Amazing structure and flow. Positive instructors that are knowledgable, helpful and upbeat. I Leave every class with more energy and focus, it's definitely a game changer for me.

I love the awesome workouts!! I enjoy the variety of classes and times offered. The instructors are great bringing their own unique style and energy to each class. I always feel great after a corepower workout! I'm happy to say that I'm totally addicted to corepower yoga. :)

I like the variety of classes, instructors, and studios.

What I don't like is how LOUD they play the music at most sculpt classes.

Core Power Yoga offers the most comprehensive set of yoga classes I have found in San Diego.

Instructors

I love the instructors and the facility in (was) close to where I lived, so I would walk. It could use a need clean; however.
