Core power has none of the yoga snobbery I have experienced at multiple studios in San Diego. They are beginner friendly, extremely positive, and strong in the sense of community.

I didn't think I would like Corepower Yoga as I have always seen it as a chain and not very organic. I was SO surprised by the teachers and community at Corepower. I absolutely loved it and am mad at myself for not trying it sooner. I love the C2 classes and Candlelight sculpt as well. I tried the free week and came almost every day. I will be out of the country for the next month but plan on attending once I am back. My favorite part of the class is when the teacher draws the practice inwards, giving the class an intention. I love the dim lights as well. I believe both of these made it more comfortable for me to practice yoga on my own terms without feeling like I am in a class of people who might be better at yoga than I am. I have attended classes before at studios where I feel like yoga is a "fad" and everyone is looking around the room comparing themselves, I absolutely HATE that. I believe yoga is a self discovery practice and I felt as though your teachers worked hard to make the class just that! Keep up the wonderful vibes in your studio, I will definitely be back! Thank you to April as well for such an empowering class!

I like the variety of C2 classes, I usually learn something new each time. I also like that the temperature isn't as hot as some other studios.

i enjoy the variety of class instructors, types and times in PB. I feel like when i leave I have had a wonderful workout and leave in the best state of mind. Our instructors apply physical and emotional education... the classes are fun. After attending for about 2 years, i look forward to seeing familiar faces and teachers. I enjoy when teachers take the time to adjust postures and get to know you!

I love the community within the rooms while everyone is on their mats and the soothing language most of the teachers use to begin and end class.
