Awesome workout after not having done Yoga in a month! Instructors provide different levels and adjustments for each pose/sequence/etc.

Classes are a great combination of workout and meditation, instructors are well prepared and friendly, and you know what to expect from the classes. I love having the option of going to different studios when I travel, and the fact that that all the studios I've been to have the same high standards. Only think I would try improving is cleaning before and after classes, it is generally clean but not always. Overall great experience and service, I already enrolled two close friends of mine in studios in other states :)

C1 is my favorite class at core power. Kinnie was amazing! The singing during shavasana was amazing, she has the voice of an angel, it almost brought me to tears. :)
