Pacific beach is a great community, especially for yoga. Coming to yoga was my favorite part of the day. I always looked forward to the friendly faces and familiar feel.
I love the Sculpt classes, especially Karie B. The energy she brings to the room is amazimg. Great music and she is very kbowledgeable about the correct form when we use rhe weights..I always walk out of the class feeling renewed and uplifted.

I like the hour long classes
I love the instructors and how welcoming and inclusive they are! I don’t, however, like how some offer Buddhist readings or verbally add too much religious words of practice, even if it’s psychological or worldly advice. I would like that to change so we can just focus on the body and exercises but other than that, I love everything.
Classes are great and challenging, and it gets me in a great mindset after a long day at work
Love the energy of the classes! There are tons of class times at pacific beach which makes it easy to find time. Would love if the app had the teachers names listed below each class.

The instructor, Sonnie, was absolutely amazing. She was very welcoming from the second I walked int he door and helped me get all set up with a mat and towel, since I didn't bring one across country with me! Her class was amazing - I am bummed I won't be able to take it again unless I'm out in SD! She sang at the end of class and it was truly amazing.

The yoga teachers are always great! Facilities are clean, updated and include water stations. Some cute clothes available for purchase.

Great class but wish they did the wet cold towels like they do at other core power studios at the end of class. Teacher was great and class was awesome though
