I work long hours that vary, the ability to go to any class I wish at a variety of locations without signing up beforehand- is extremely convenient for me. No late fees for early cancellation. The classes are awesome, and the free schedule is what works for me

I usually attend the 6 am sculpt classes and there is not one teacher that is not great at the present time. They all kick your butt and are all very different from one another (which is a good thing).
Variety of classes - including Real Ryder.
The many varied classes and the mix of yoga and Ryder which provides a nice balance. keeping Ryder is essential to me in terms of continuing to recommend CP.
- like the consistency of poses among C2 instructors (seems like there is a rotating focus for the week/month)
- also like the variations from week to week and month to month
- like that both lower and upper abs are worked. would like some back strengthening in addition to the ab work.
- like the time to do my own poses toward the end of class
- like that the music is quiet enough that I can hear the instructor
- it is helpful to have music with a fast, consistent beat during the core work
- it is distracting when the music is too loud during shavasana
I love corepower yoga for both the body and mind healing I receive from the yoga classes. I wish there were more affordable options for young professionals, students and people with less money. Maybe there is an opportunity for CP to bring yoga to communities who need it as a form of therapy and exercise. Lots of potential to do community programs!!

Corepower Highland Park provides a contagious and addicting atmosphere. The products (clothing, yoga necessities, etc.) are fabulous, the classes are refreshing and give you a sense of accomplishment every time, and the staff is always friendly and willing to help.
