The instructors are amazing. I feel like I grow in my practice every time I attend at class at any level.
I love ryder class. its super fun. Everyone's class is a bit different, and that's OK, but I'm not a fan of having weights on the bikes. I'm definitely not going to build muscle using 8 pound weights for 3.5 minutes in a 45 minute class. I think its wasted time. But that Monday night class does work best in my schedule, so I will probably just suck it up...
The instructors are top-notch and I like that they make a point to learn people's names.
I love the warm rooms and how Keri talked to us about our bodies being a vessel for our spirits and how our body needs to stay strong and flexible for the spirit. The CY2 candlelight class was beautiful and pushed me just enough beyond my comfort zone. I will definately go back to that class.
