Everything about core power yoga was great the product the service the yoga sculpt classes were awesome and hard but it was worth it.
I was recently at a Core Power in Chicago and had an unpleasant experience varying from the temperature to the haphazard instruction. It made me really appreciate how well run the classes and the exceptional instructors we have here.
Flexible class times and different class options. Would love a mat Pilates class though!

I absolutely LOVE the Yoga Sculpt class. I have loved all of the instructors and they all have great song lists to workout to.
Friendly people. Parking is not an issue.
I like the variation of ages within the groups of people who attend the sessions. It makes it very obvious as to how motivating the instructors are and how effective the workouts are. I love the increased temperatures in the rooms. Ever single time I leave a session I don't feel completely exhausted. Rather, I feel cleansed after leaving a session.

I love the yoga at CorePower! The instructors are great, they all have inspiring things to say and they give modifications to make the class both more challenging and easier so I can practice in exactly the way I want to that day.
