Good teachers that create variety

Everything - I love the yoga teachers, the schedule, the flexibility, the facility (appealing and clean). I love the personal touch and support.

My instructor was great! The Highland Park studio seemed a little more "musty" smelling than the SLP and Edina studios where I normally go, but otherwise a very good experience.

I’ve been an avid yoga sculpter at CorePower for over a year now, and not only has it done wonders for my physical well being, but my mental well being, too. All of the teachers at Highland Park are exceptional! They do a great job keeping us motivated, guiding us through safe and effective workouts, and all around being very friendly and welcoming. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this studio!

I am somewhat of a "guest" here at Highland Park, I was here for teacher training and decided to stay after for Sarah's HPF class and so happy I did.

I have been practicing for a little over two years and heard cue's in Sarah's class I had never heard before that really helped me understand the intention of the pose and how to effectively get my body there. I felt I reached a deeper layer of my practice with her help.

It really takes a very skilled instructor to cue everything in HPF in a challenging way but with motivation and support at all the same time. Looking forward to taking more of Sarah's classes!

The theme and structure of this class was excellent. Although it was my fist class with this instructor (whose name I can't remember at the moment) it was clear she is very thoughtful and prepared for class.

I love strength X and wish there were more times available at Highland! Always appreciate how clean the studio is and that there isn't essential oil being blasted everywhere like at some other studios (I'm allergic). It has also been nice that in summer most people are taking their shoes off by the door again and aren't tracking gross stuff all over! Much appreciated!
