The house was packed!! Natalie La class was amazing and brought the energy! What a way for everyone to ring in the new year.

It is also special to see her engage with all students before and after class. This has an equally significant impact as the class itself.

Highland park is definitely the best studio I regularly go to (I also go to CP in Boston). The sense of community and the freedom the instructors take to make the classes their own is striking. I like feeling like the instructors actually care about yoga as a practice rather than simply feeling like a generic, corporate workout. It also seems like instructor retention is very high compared to other studios.

I love the community, the instructors, the consistent quality, and the wide availability of classes.

The 90 minute hot yoga class is simply the most powerful and beneficial workout I have ever done. It looks so easy and yet it is so hard. I’m addicted.

I love the heated rooms! Not all yoga studios have heat. Also, Highland Park has a parking lot which I really appreciate. Driving in circles looking for parking has made me late enough to miss class one time!
