I love the great instructors! Also, the ability to mix up your workout with Ryder and sculpt in addition to a variety of yoga options is great. When it comes to traditional yoga practice, Rebecca's seven chakras was awesome.

I participated in a yoga sculpt class on Sunday at 4:30 (I believe the instructor was Chloie). I thought she did a great job motivating the class and also displaying the different moves/positions.

Everyone there is so welcoming and energetic! The teachers make working out fun, and they give such great advice on how to combat life.

Offers a wide variety of classes and products. Employees are helpful and cheerful.

The studios and locker room is always clean and repairs are made quickly. The class schedule is incredible with a different class offered almost every 30 minutes.

CorePower has a lot of class choices, times and locations to choose from to fit my schedule. I always feel comfortable in every class I attend. Whether I have done a pose or move many times or for the first time the teachers are always encouraging and helpful without judgement. I like following my favorite teachers as well as trying new teachers as this variety is good and really helps change up my workout day to day. I can always count on a good workout and a fun environment. CorePower has gotten me excited about exercise again and I have been a regular for 2 years!

I like the instructors the most. Kathy B., Michelle H, Sasha Z, Chris Cov, Tanya, and Kailey are my favorite. I miss Melissa L. Please get her back. The passion and energy that these women bring every day is phenomenal. There are many others that work at the other locations that I admire as well. However, the Highland location is top notch! When I need to jump into a hot class every once in a while Ken and Lauren are so great. Everything at Highland Park is very clean and everyone is so friendly. Great selection of workout and everyday gear that is presented and maintained wonderfully.

I have been attending CorePower Yoga for over a year. I mainly attend spin classes, 3 to 4 times per week. The instructors are great and everyone is very helpful. My only negative experience happened today, February 8, at the 3:00 pm spin class. The music was incredibly loud. I never experienced this before in any of the spin classes. When one of the class participants told the instructor she could not hear her at all, the instructor said "thanks for the input" and did nothing about it. At the end of the class at least 5 people, me included, went to talk to her to let her know the music was very loud and we could not hear her at all. Once again she said "thanks for the feedback" and added that "this is how class is structured" so she will not do anything differently. When we told her that we attend other spin classes and this is not what we experience she indicated again that "this is how class is structured". Very disappointing. I am certainly not planning on attending any further classes with this instructor which, unfortunately, will decrease my class options. I want to highlight that all the other instructors are incredibly helpful and responsive. This has been an isolated case that I did want to bring to your attention. Thanks!
