Laura N. - she is so encouraging, gives the best adjustments, and honestly looks like she is enjoying teaching the whole time (smiling and very uplifting energy). I love that she does many of the postures along with us - the teachers who don't move along with the class tend to get their pacing off / go too quickly. Laura is fabulous. Great music too.
Amelia - obviously a pro - has the best music and interesting sequencing - changes things up a lot, encourages us to be honest and patient with ourselves and is in general just an amazing teacher. Her demos are very inspiring.
I would like to see more colors of the Lulu Power Y tank stocked.
Please make the studios a CELL PHONE FREE ZONE. Woodbury Core Power is this way. There is nothing more annoying than having someone's cell going off in class (this has happened multiple times) or just having the visual distraction of someone on their phone when I walk into class. It is a stress trigger for me.
Why are very pregnant women taking heated (sometimes extremely hot) C2 classes? Extremely stressful to see and I don't think that any doctor would advise it.
I would LOVE it if you offered an 8/8:30/9pm C2 on Fridays.

I love the instructors at this studio! The Hot Yoga classes, especially, are challenging yet still meditative and restorative. I would recommend this studio to my friends and family.
