This was my first time going to any type of yoga class. I attended two beginner sessions this week and it has been great. I had Hannah and Genevieve and both ladies were fantastic, very friendly and helpful.

I took a Yoga Sculpt class with Kirsten (Friday, 3/20 @ 6:00pm) after being away from a hot yoga studio for over a year. I am originally from the Minneapolis area and now live in a community that doesn't have hot yoga and taking Kirsten's class, I felt so invigorated and energetic. It literally made me happy! Kirsten's energy and spirit was amazing and lead me through the class challenging me both mentally and physically. I left the class with future goals for attending a class on all my visits back (which is multiple times a month!)
My only real issues are the use of cell phones prior to a class starting. Also, it seems that more and more people are leaving classes early (especially Ryder). I find this disrespectful to the teachers.
I'm addicted! I think the instructors are great and help push me. I feel challenged and always walk out of class feeling rewarded.
Great Teachers and a wide variety of class times
Regular spin bikes compared to the rider bikes. There's a brand for everyone, might as well attract more happy yogis.
